- on your terms
Why Do You Need a Sober Coach?
People are individuals and require individual solutions. There are no “one size fits all” answers. A Sober Coach, just like coaches that are used by actors, athletes, and other successful people, works with you to bring out the best in you.
We live our lives 24×7 – not just 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Every day and every night can find you in different situations and circumstances that don’t always lend themselves to traditional approaches and therapies. When you need help, you need help. Having access to a Sobriety Coach when and where you need one – whether it is in person, over the phone, or through email – allows for the immediate need, as well as the flexibility, required in today’s world.
It is about understanding your personal style and the way you learn best – what reaches you and fits with who you are, too. AA and NA meetings can be and are valuable components to a personalized recovery plan, but there are many different approaches that can be incorporated, as well.
If you think you can benefit from a sober coach, I can help. Contact me and together we can put together a plan that is right for you.
